How do you get suspended on Y!A?

I hear people saying that "report monkeys" get people suspended a whole bunch. Then some of my accounts get suspended for ually explicit stuff. Then people get suspended for copy and pasting troll stuff, but many seem to live on forever. So what is the criteria to get suspended?
