What to do i think im going insane?

I feel like crap i am going nuts i have a girlfriend i love and we broke up but made up the day before that i was in the party i was making out and a girl now the talks is spreading tht girls friends ar askimg me stuff and makes me want to jump from a roof im actauly rly shy and i have self esteem issues i think im worthless but when i was drunk it all was drunk and now idk what to do evrybuddys bugging me i already asked what to do what to say to my gf but i cant i lose my sim card and cant text her or anything im rly going insane somebody help me !!!! :(
