An acquaintance neighbor is asking me to fill out a character form to try to get her drivers license back?

What should I do!! I barely know her at all except for like a few times that her daughter has come over to my house to play with my kids. She had like 2 dui's 5 years ago and just went through doing that thing that is attached to her car that she blows into to prove she isn't drinking while driving. She said she doesn't have anyone to help her and I guess no friends... one of the people filing out the form to vouch that she has changed is her father. She's supposed to have changed from being an alcoholic to being alcohol free. I told her that I wouldn't know if she had been drinking or not I have no clue...will i get into trouble for vouching for her? I mean the Christian community according to her has let her down and not helped her out by agreeing to fill these papers out for her. The lawyer says that someone like me would have to write down that I saw her 2x a week...I wouldn't answer her calls because I was already overwhelmed with my bunch of kids and my depression and my own problems. I am Christian and I don't want to let her down just like the rest of them HELP!!!
