Breast reduction/insurance coverage?

I went for a consultation with a plastic surgeon recently. He told me that I fit the criteria for a reduction. I am built petit but a triple D, have doented complaints about my back, etc. for a couple of years now. My insurance is BC/BC. What is the likelihood I will be approved by my insurance company?
